In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Order Processing:Handling price inquiries, orders, change orders, coordinating timely deliveries, monitoring open orders via Sales Force and SAP and invoicing via SAP R/3
- Customer Contact:Receiving and processing incoming customer calls and emails in German and English
- Close Coordination:Working closely with production, sales, and product management to optimize sales targets
- KPI: maximize order to sales, minimize goods in transit
- Complaint Handling:Processing complaints in collaboration with the credit department
- Master Data Maintenance:Maintaining the SAP R/3 system data
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Successfully completed commercial training with at least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, preferably in multinational company
- Self-reliant, focused, results-driven, flexible
- Fluent English skills, strong German skills desirable
- Good PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 module SD)
