What you'll do:
- Drive sustained operational improvements and Kaizen results that impact Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through facilitation of DBS activities and mentorship of associates and Kaizen teams.
- Support the site DBSL with driving results across the dimensions of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost by leveraging a solid understanding of the DBS Fundamentals combined with Lean tools from 4 different areas: Reliability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Materials.
- Facilitate Kaizens as defined in a prioritized Kaizen Funnel and support the development of Certified Practitioners to close KPI gaps with appropriate Visual.
