The Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for two main areas: (1) acting as the go‑to expert for Salesforce.com and other commercial tools for EMEA, providing day‑to‑day support and organizing training programs for new Sales hires; and (2) serving as a trusted business partner to Sales—answering requests, helping them overcome operational challenges, and navigating commercial processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the EMEA subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related commercial tools, ensuring effective usage, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Sales by managing cases, troubleshooting data and process issues, and driving improvements in data quality and workflows.
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure Sales teams are highly proficient in Salesforce, reporting, dashboards, and core commercial processes.
- Act as the key interface between Sales, IT, and global systems teams to scale issues, test enhancements, support releases, and translate business needs into system improvements.
- Partner closely with Sales to identify inefficiencies, address performance gaps, and recommend tool, process, and reporting optimizations that maximize selling time and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial‑related disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a B2B environment.
- Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills for prompt issue resolution.
- Strong interest in tools and systems; previous experience with Salesforce.com and Qlik.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training (virtual and/or in‑person).
- Experience in Territory Management is a plus.
