b Overview /b p In this role you educate Masimo customers, train new and existing users, and maintain strong clinical relationships to drive adoption of Masimo solutions. You will demonstrate products, position them against competitors, and support regional sales efforts to grow market penetration. This position offers remote work within the Eastern UK territory, with significant travel to customers. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li remote work eligibility /li li flexible work arrangements /li li healthcare program /li li paid time off /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Educate customers on Masimo products and solutions /li li Train new and potential users and transfer knowledge /li li Maintain deep product knowledge and demonstrate products, including competitive positioning /li li Train partner sales force and inservice end-users /li li Deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate Masimo vision and value /li li Organize and run customer evaluations/deployments with Account Manager /li li Collaborate with regional colleagues to drive sales and market penetration /li li Support cross-functional efforts to advance Masimo technology in real-world use cases /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Nurse diploma /li li 2-3 years in direct critical care (NICU/PICU/EM) or emergency medical settings /li li Prior sales/clinical support experience /li li Direct experience with customer interactions and presentations /li li Interest or experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT systems used in hospital settings /li li Ability to travel 60% with overnight stays; valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR /li /ul ul li Strong communication and presentation skills /li li Relationship-building and customer focus /li li Team collaboration and cross-functional partnership /li li PowerPoint presentation skills /li li Product demonstrations and training delivery /li li Familiarity with digital health or healthcare IT systems /li /ul
