Overview
In this role you lead operations finance for Gen Med, driving governance, standard work, and performance reporting across manufacturing sites.
You partner with FP&A to enhance visibility and rigor for Gen Med inventory, E&O, capex, and R&D investments.
You will implement process improvements and act as the finance SME for Gen Med Ops, supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Provide governance and standard work for Plant Finance and Operations teams across Switzerland & Canada, focusing on key financial performance metrics
- Finance partner to Operations Integration Director
- Own inventory reporting: turns, variance analysis, monthly actuals, forecast consolidation, and budget planning
- Forecast and manage Gen Med E&O risk with Plant Finance collaboration
- Lead standard cost updates, consolidate impacts, and be the Gen Med Op Co point of contact
- Govern capex across Gen Med, coordinating sites and Cytiva HQ
- Drive Gen Med-specific process improvements and support Plant Operations Finance Controllers
- Provide financial oversight and governance of Gen Med R&D expenditures, business cases, and ROI; support innovation investment decisions
- Key requirements
- 5+ years of progressive financial experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis in a large organization
- Strong communication, leadership, and business partnering skills
- Action-oriented with ability to support and challenge partners
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Proficiency in financial & BI systems (Oracle, One Stream, Qlik Sense)
