Overview
In this role, you drive the strategy and execution of sensor and software solutions that deliver essential process information for drug substance manufacturing. You will partner across PAT, product management, and R&D to shape a workflow solutions roadmap for Cytiva’s hardware and software portfolio. You’ll lead cross-functional development, coordinate launches, and measure market success to demonstrate revenue impact. This is a chance to influence bioprocessing at scale and help accelerate life-changing therapeutics.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs for at-line quality measurements across drug substance operations to inform strategy
- Translate business strategy into a workflow solutions roadmap for hardware and software
- Collaborate with R&D, project management, and cross-functional teams to develop workflow solutions
- Coordinate market launches and deployment with marketing and commercial teams
- Track market success and revenue impact of launched solutions
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Life Sciences
- minimum 5 years in R&D, product development, product marketing, or customer-facing roles in life sciences
- proficient in English in global, multi-functional environments
- proficient in conventional and advanced analytical methods for bioprocess quality attributes and cell/gene therapy products
- strong understanding of drug substance process development and bioprocess manufacturing
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including presenting at conferences or lecturing
