Overview
As Global Marketing Communications Manager, you drive the planning and execution of global marketing programs and events within Cytiva’s Global Demand Generation (Portsmouth, UK). You will optimize marketing operations, budgets, and vendor management to deliver scalable, high-quality programs. You work with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global marketing events (trade shows, conferences, workshops, webinars, meetings) with exceptional stakeholder and customer experiences
- Own marketing operations: PO creation, invoicing, budget management, forecasting, spend reporting across the Global Demand Generation organization
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure high-quality delivery and cost efficiency
- Coordinate contract administration (SOWs, vendor onboarding, renewals) with Procurement, Legal, and Finance
- Drive operational excellence via project management, process standardization, and continuous improvement of marketing programs
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, finance, procurement and regional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support large international trade shows and customer events with cross-functional teams
- Travel ~5% for events and meetings
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Experience in marketing operations, event management, project management or marketing communications
- Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoicing processes and financial tracking
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies, contracts and statements of work
- Proven ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams
