Overview
In this role you will lead a multi-hundred-million dollar Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio, shaping strategy, growth, and lifecycle management. You will work closely with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver customer-driven innovations and successful product launches. You’ll mentor a small team, drive cross-functional execution, and advance competitive differentiation in life sciences workflows. This is a high-impact role focused on translating market needs into actionable portfolio actions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end product strategy for Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio, covering growth, profitability, lifecycle, and market positioning
- Drive portfolio performance against KPIs and solve root causes with PSP methodologies
- Contribute to the Lab Filtration leadership direction and D&G & LF agenda
- Advance the innovation pipeline with customer-backed projects meeting IFV/IPV targets
- Lead cross-functional NPD execution, launches, and lifecycle initiatives with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Build segment and customer insights to identify opportunities in lab filtration, microbiology, and sample preparation workflows
- Lead and develop a team of 5 direct reports with clear priorities and accountability
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership in life sciences or related consumables/devices
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams for NPD and lifecycle management
- Experience leading and developing product management teams
- Proven track record of managing product portfolios with P&L responsibility in a global B2B environment
