Marketing Communications Manager
Develop and execute integrated communication tactics across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. Contribute to campaign strategy, content planning, and performance optimization using insights to improve delivery and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish content across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and audience needs.
- Coordinate campaign planning, content calendars, and performance tracking across channels.
- Apply insights from analytics to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of communication tactics.
- Explore and apply emerging tools, including AI, to enhance content delivery and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience in campaign execution or marketing communications.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform decisions and a proactive approach to improving content and campaign outcomes.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across teams and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with campaign planning frameworks, marketing automation, content management, and CRM tools.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities across global teams.
Travel & Physical Requirements
Ability to travel 10‑15% for workshops, yearly planning sessions, or events. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
