Overview
As a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist, you support ER activities across Europe in partnership with HR teams, guided by senior LER professionals.
You handle routine to moderate ER matters and assist with complex cases, investigations, and organizational change.
You’ll analyze ER data, develop dashboards, and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support routine and moderately complex employee relations matters with Op Co HR teams (discipline, grievance, performance, absence, workplace concerns)
- Assist Senior LER Leads with complex ER cases, investigations, restructures, collective matters, and change initiatives
- Provide guidance on standard ER processes, policies, and best practices; escalate high-risk matters
- Conduct case reviews, fact-finding, and investigation support
- Collect, analyze, and report ER operational metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations on ER trends, volumes, themes, and root causes
- Support LER projects and strategic initiatives (policy deployment, process improvements, training, change management)
- Key requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employment Law, or related discipline
- Foundational knowledge of employment law and ER practices in UK/Europe
- Experience supporting ER cases, workplace investigations, or HR advisory services
- Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce and case-management data
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on routine matters and collaborate with senior team members on complex issues
