The Dispatch Coordinator coordinates the dispatch of Field Service Engineers, manages logistics, and ensures timely and efficient service delivery to customers in the UK and Ireland. This role reports to the Manager Customer Technical Support and is part of the Customer Technical Support team based on site in Little Chalfont, Amersham.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate field service activities: organise service visits and preventive maintenance schedules for Field Service Engineers.
- Manage logistics and service delivery: order and coordinate spare parts, track service progress to ensure timely completion, and provide clear updates to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure service quality and data accuracy: handle service queries and escalations while maintaining accurate, high-quality records in dispatch and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Qualifications
- 2+ years in dispatch, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the field of medical diagnostics or healthcare.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Field Service Environment experience is a plus.
