Overview
As Digital Pathology Program Manager, you lead end-to-end Digital and Computational Pathology implementations to deliver within scope, time, and quality. You coordinate between customers and internal teams, turning complex requirements into actionable plans and ensuring successful go-lives. You manage multiple parallel projects with DBS-guided governance and maintain transparent reporting to sponsors. This remote UK-based role drives scalable, high‑quality deployment and revenue enablement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end digital and computational pathology implementation projects within scope, schedule, and quality
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to translate requirements into project plans and drive execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans across parallel implementations
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure quality delivery and smooth customer experience from order to go-live
- Provide clear status updates and escalation to sponsors, including mitigations and key decisions
- Apply DBS principles to standardise and improve implementation delivery across customer sites
Key requirements
- Experience in project management within medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated technical contexts
- Hands-on use of PM tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, Jira)
- Proven track record delivering multiple projects in parallel on time, within scope and budget
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with pathologists, lab managers, IT teams, and cross-functional partners
- High self-motivation and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
