This position reports to the Director of Advertising and is part of the Global Brand team. The role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Support the advertising team in operational tasks for paid media campaigns.
  • Maintain and enforce standard work for advertising and campaign collaboration processes between campaign managers, the advertising team, and the media agency.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on‑time execution.
  • Validate tracking implementation and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Collect and organize campaign data for reporting and analytics.
  • Act as liaison for operational queries between internal teams and the media agency.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow and maintain standard work processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and advertising best practices in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Additional Experience
