The predicted salary is between 60000 - 84000 £ per year.

  • Reporting to the Triton Asset Manager the Onshore Support Manager (OSM) is responsible for optimisation of production, definition and delivery of the maintenance schedules and to lead a reactive, supportive and agile response team.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner to maximize short and long term value.
  • Ensure business strategies are delivered and executed effectively and to set expectations for the onshore support hub and offshore OIM to deliver the requirements of the short term goals.
  • Oversee the function of the Triton support hub and ensure that the team understands their accountabilities and delivers timely outcomes.
  • Develop and support efforts to increase Production Efficiency, Water Injection Efficiency, equipment availability and reliability. Driving equipment out of service improvements and flagging business risk to the Triton Asset Manager.
  • Challenge and lead the effort to minimise losses and improve KPI metrics.
  • Escalate risk and support requirements to the wider Triton Asset support team leaders under the direction of the Asset Manager.
  • To contribute to the short and long-term business planning processes
  • Chair daily co-ordination meeting, taking the appropriate actions to the onshore teams and agreeing daily targets with OIM.
  • Drives compliance to Dana ODMS procedures and ensures latest revisions of documents that drive work processes are available and accurate.

Roles and Responsibilities

This role has the following responsibilities and outputs

  • Role-model compliance within the relevant Dana HSSE policy, ensuring all activities are planned and conducted in a compliant manner, including management of Major Accident Hazard risks and compliance with HSE safety case obligations and performance standards.
  • Provide leadership for HSE&A improvement plans for the asset and establish systems and culture that ensures the safety of people and protection of the environment.
  • Lead and ensure effective visualisation of key parameters associated with a safety and efficient business through development and sharing of dashboards.
  • Lead and ensure effective execution of the Dana maintenance work schedule. Responsible for efficient use of offshore resources.
  • Lead and ensure effective management of ORA risk assessments, including timely reviews, appropriate mitigation controls and efficient priority of actions to assist closure.
  • Take part in the recruitment, selection, training and competency programmes for onshore and offshore teams, to ensure effective resourcing
  • Lead and develop the Triton support hub team to deliver day to day targets and strategy.
  • Ensures adequate coverage and direction of asset priorities to drive short term responses which deliver key success criteria to the Asset.
  • Challenges planned and unplanned losses to deliver best in class PE and Water Injection performance through effective identification of appropriate actions and plans to prevent recurrence
  • Works collaboratively and ensures that the teams demonstrate the willingness and ability to collaborate with others to achieve results via networking, knowledge sharing and joint problem solving

Performance Management

  • Performance objectives (SMART goals) for direct reports to be in place and agreed by the end of January.
  • Performance appraisal for previous years performance to be held by end of March.
  • Mid year review conversations to be held with direct reports by end August to ensure that goals are on track and still fit for purpose.
  • Conduct an annual review of the job description for all direct reports. Version to be signed off as part of the performance review on an annual basis.

Job specific skills andknowledge

  • Strong leadership capability, experience of leading teams across multiple disciplines, and the ability to understand and interact effectively with diverse groups and operations, both onshore and offshore.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results, coupled with personal drive and self-starting initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising integrity.
  • Knowledge and experience in upstream oil and gas operations and field development preferred. Familiarity with UK Oil and Gas Industry Regulations preferred.
