Ideagen is seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted provider of innovative software solutions to the healthcare and life sciences sector, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and we’re looking for someone who can help us build on that momentum. In this key role, you’ll be the primary contact for strategic client accounts, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.
