About the role:

The entry-level digital Junior role is responsible for creating, updating, and adapting digital marketing assets across multiple channels, including paid media, email, and web, ensuring all creative is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time to support BAU activity, seasonal campaigns, and wider marketing activations. The role focuses on the day-to-day production of digital assets, while supporting the Senior Designer and Graphic Designer, Head of Digital, CRM, and wider creative team in maintaining brand standards, consistency, and high-quality output across all channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, updating, and adapting digital marketing assets across paid media, CRM/email, and web.
  • Support the Graphic Designer in delivering BAU creative across all marketing channels by taking briefs, producing required artwork and digital production assets.
  • Report to the Senior Designer for review and approval of all creative outputs, ensuring work is accurate, on-brand, and meets the required brief and quality standards.
  • Work closely with CRM, Head of Digital, and Ecommerce teams to ensure all required assets are delivered to specification and in line with channel requirements.
  • Assist with basic image editing, including cropping, resizing, layout adjustments, and simple retouching as part of day-to-day production work.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure all work meets brand guidelines and follows agreed design direction.
  • Manage multiple production briefs, ensuring work is well organised, correctly filed, and maintained within agreed workflows and asset management processes.

Qualifications, skills & knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Entry-level role, ideally with at least 1 year of experience in digital or graphic design within an in-house brand or creative/marketing agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative ability and experience in digital and/or graphic design work.
  • Good understanding of layout, composition, and adapting creative across different formats and channels.
  • Basic experience with photo editing and familiarity with video editing software is desirable.
