Generator Technician, Ipswich Monday-Friday – Permanent Competitive salary + overtime + company van + bonus. We are seeking an experienced Generator Technician to join a busy diesel generator division specialising in the service, maintenance and repair of diesel generators and associated equipment. Our client, a leading multi-disciplined engineering business offer ongoing support, training and development in addition to a varied and team spirited environment within this long-standing, highly regarded business. A full UK driving licence is required due to the nature of the role. Outline of the role * Service, maintenance and repair of diesel generators and associated equipment. * Attend offsite breakdowns. * Fault finding and diagnosis. * Load bank testing. * Provide 24-hour emergency cover on call-out rota (1 week in 5) * Assist in the installation of diesel generators.
