Eastwood, Nottingham (UK) – Posted 12 November 2025. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of bespoke engineering projects within our Project Group at our Eastwood HQ in Nottingham, UK.

The Role

Reporting to the Projects Department Manager, you’ll take ownership of project strategy, planning, and execution—ensuring our custom-engineered solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to turn complex requirements into successful outcomes. While based at our UK headquarters, occasional overseas travel will be part of the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities to deliver value.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and exceed expectations.

About You

  • You’re a confident communicator and natural problem-solver with a proven track record in project management.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to motivate teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One).
  • Engineering qualification (HNC or above) and professional PM certification (Prince2, APMP).
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary design teams and large-scale projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas or Power.
