The Role

We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (On-Trade) who’s excited to bring their skills and ideas to the table. In this role, you’ll develop and coordinate the Trade Marketing strategy and assets for the UK On-Trade channel.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Planning & Brand Development: Lead the creation and execution of annual brand activation strategy for the On-Trade channel. Develop and monitor departmental KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee budget planning, management, and reporting for the On-Trade Marketing department.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage invoice and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate transactions. Provide regular financial reporting and maintain compliance with internal processes.
  • Trade Marketing & Key Account Support: Approve and support trade marketing proposals for key accounts and groups within the On-Trade division. Oversee the development of trade marketing tender proposals to secure new business opportunities. Coordinate marketing assets and activities for new product launches in the UK On-Trade market. Coordinate yearly JBP Marketing plans with top strategic customers across the UK.
  • POS & Draught Material Management: Supervise POS stock levels and investment across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels. Manage POS distribution within the UK territory and maintain relationships with distribution partners. Coordinate deliveries of POS and draught materials from external stakeholders and head office in Spain, following brand calendars and supplier lead times. Liaise with technical partners to ensure sufficient stock supply, installation and maintenance of draught systems.
  • Quality & Training: Manage and coordinate the Quality Trainer team in collaboration with the Quality Department. This includes strategic focus and leadership of dispense checks, channel training and support to key customers. Act as key user for SalesForce within the Quality Department, ensuring effective system utilization.
  • Brand Activation & Sponsorship: Support the planning and execution of UK brand sponsorship asset activations to enhance brand visibility. This includes coordination of dispense and alignment of brand focus with the brand team. Ensure timely delivery and coordination of assets for brand activations and events.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator with previous experience in people management who can develop strong internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstratable depth of category understanding and use of insights.
  • Pro-Active, self-starter and committed attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritize and work to strict deadlines.
  • Experience in UK On-Trade sector.
  • Availability to travel.

It’s a plus if you also have:

  • SAP, Salesforce, Advanced Microsoft Office capability.
  • Full UK driving licence but it’s not required!
