- Ensure all utilities and facilities activities comply with HACCP principles, food safety standards, GMP, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, protecting product integrity at all times.
- Produce utilities consumption forecasts and performance reports (e.g. kWh/hL, hL/hL) to support financial planning and operational decision‑making.
- Manage utilities and facilities budgets, identifying and delivering continuous cost and efficiency improvements.
- Manage engineering chemical usage, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and data upload to SAP.
- Drive site‑wide engagement to deliver Utilities KPIs, working collaboratively across departments.

- Act as Site Deputy Duty Holder, with responsibility for high‑voltage and domestic electrical systems.
- Ensure facilities are maintained to a standard appropriate for a GMP‑compliant brewery, supporting food safety, hygiene and audit readiness.
- Manage embedded Facilities Management contractors, ensuring safe, compliant service delivery at an acceptable cost to the business.
- Apply world‑class manufacturing and advanced problem‑solving methodologies to resolve chronic or recurring utilities and facilities issues.

- Ensure full statutory compliance for utilities and facilities, including boilers, steam services, compressed air, refrigeration and ammonia systems, COâ‚‚ and Nâ‚‚ plants, water treatment systems and Legionella control.
- Manage site waste contracts and contractors, including hazardous waste, ensuring safe handling, compliance and cost control.
