Are you an experienced clinician looking to step into a leadership role where you can influence clinical standards and support fellow professionals? Damira Dental Studios is seeking a dedicated Clinical Advisor to join our growing group. This is a unique opportunity to provide clinical oversight, ensure patient safety, and drive excellence across our practices in Oxford and the surrounding regions.

The Role

  • Commitment: 1 day per week.
  • Location: Based in Oxford, with the ability to travel to our practices across Oxfordshire and Leicestershire.
  • Focus: Providing expert clinical guidance, supporting practice teams, and ensuring compliance with GDC and CQC standards.

Reporting to: Clinical Director

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in both NHS and Private dentistry.
  • Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of clinical governance and best practices.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and advise clinicians and support staff.
  • Flexibility: A full driving license and the willingness to travel between sites within the designated region.

Note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants would need to have full right to work in UK.
