What you\’ll do:
Lead the team & support our dentists
Oversee smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance & deliver excellent NHS & private services
Manage practice performance & costs

What we\’re looking for:
Experienced Dental Practice Manager (NHS + private)
Clinical background preferred (Head Nurse/Deputy PM welcome to apply)
Strong leadership & people management skills
