Business Manager - Midlands

Are you an exceptional leader ready to take full accountability for the operation and financial performance of our practice(s) in the Midlands?
Damira Dental Studios is looking for a dedicated Business Manager to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will oversee all employees within the practice and drive success across operations, finance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the practice by adhering to all Company Policies, Procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Strategic Planning: Create an annual strategic plan with detailed actions and timeframes to achieve required KPIs and EBITDA targets.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Support Office, Contact Centre, and clinicians to support their target delivery, contractual terms, information, feedback, and agreed actions.
Financial Management: Deliver EBITDA performance and KPIs—including cost control, staff payroll spends, agency costs, dentist pay, and hygiene pay—strictly in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
Compliance & CQC: Achieve and maintain required Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards by following all legal, regulatory, and company guidance, while holding the position of CQC Registered Manager.
People Leadership: Lead, manage, train, and develop all employees to ensure role proficiency and performance-manage them to deliver required business KPIs.
Brand Ambassador: Role model Damira values and behaviours both internally and externally.
