Are you a commercially confident and client facing Quantity Surveyor, who has a desire to continue within the Consultancy (PQS) world? With a hugely respected and talented Quantity Surveying team, the practice operates across multiple sectors, ensuring their team are always working on something new and different across the year. There is a requirement to be in the London Bridge office 3 days a week, with 2 days at home.

The new Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on a secured high end Hotel and Prime Residential project, with contracts ranging between £8m - £40m. This is an engine room position. Someone with 5+ years knowledge is desired. Someone who is MRICS is a desire of the consultancy, but project understanding and experience is also important to them.

The Quantity Surveyor's duties will include managing the client from inception right through to completion, undertaking pre & post contract duties. There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.

  • Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
  • Must be from a PQS / Consultancy background
  • Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred
  • Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Understanding within the £8M - £45M contract values
  • Ideally MRICS
