Damicor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Greater London. This role involves managing high-end Hotel and Prime Residential projects, with contracts ranging between £8m - £40m.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work with JCT/D&B contracts and high-end clients, bringing professionalism and a strong understanding of project lifecycles.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying, ideally be MRICS qualified, and possess relevant sector experience.
The position offers flexibility to work from home three days a week.
