A highly reputable and award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor who brings a client facing approach to join their Holborn team. There is a requirement to be in the office/London for sites 3 days a week.

The new Quantity Surveyor will initially join their Retail & Leisure division, immediately jumping into London based projects with values ranging from £2M - £10M. This is an engine room position. Someone with 5 years knowledge is desired.

The Quantity Surveyor's duties will include managing the client from inception right through to completion, undertaking pre & post contract duties. There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.

  • Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
  • Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
  • Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred
  • Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • Understanding within the £1M - £30M contract values
