Project Manager – Contract Day rate: £400pd – £450pd outside IR35 Location: Heathrow Project: Minor Works / MEP (NEC Contract)

About Our Client: Our client is a leading facilities management and professional services organisation, delivering high-quality projects across public and private sectors.

Role Overview:

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead minor works, refurbishment, and MEP projects under NEC (or similar) contracts. You will manage design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering minor works / MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (or equivalent) contract conditions.
• Understanding of health & safety (CDM), quality, and project governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant construction/engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
