We are currently recruiting for a BIM Co-ordinator / Senior BIM Co-ordinator to join our clients team based onsite at White City, London. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to work on a £42M residential and commercial development with a project timeline extending through to December 2026. You will play a pivotal role in the successful coordination of BIM processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across multiple project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Production of Drawings & 3D Models: Responsible for the creation of high-quality drawings and models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software.
- Design Issue Resolution: Create drawings/sketches to help resolve design issues in coordination with the wider project team.
- M&E & PH Drawings: Produce Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Public Health (PH) drawings to meet project specifications.
- Protocols Compliance: Ensure that all work aligns with our client’s project's standards (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
- Coordination on Site: Address coordination issues faced on-site and work closely with the project team to provide timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Liaise with our client’s project team to develop consultants’ design drawings through to the construction issue and As-Built stages.
- Federated Model Management: Attend meetings with architects, consultants, and other trades to resolve clashes within the federated model and ensure that design issues are promptly addressed.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in BIM coordination with a strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- M&E & PH Knowledge: Understanding and experience with M&E and PH drawing production.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address design coordination issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in the production of all BIM-related work.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
