Job Description
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions in accordance with project briefs and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive requirements gathering and alignment.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project execution plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, risks and performance metrics.
- Oversee the integration of design, delivery, commissioning, and operational processes across all project phases.
- Monitor and report on project performance using industry-standard controls, including earned value management and quantitative risk analysis.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all delivery teams.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects within highly regulated, live operational environments.
- Demonstrable track record in delivering sustainable, end-to-end solutions aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring across diverse and multi-agency environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
Desirable Experience:
