We are actively seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience to join our growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career working on high-value, technically complex projects across specialist sectors. You will support senior commercial staff in managing projects from pre-construction through to final account, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the commercial management of MEP packages across the project lifecycle
- Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor management
- Support valuations, variations, and change control procedures
- Assist with contract administration and risk management
- Work closely with project teams to support commercial performance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in an Assistant QS role, ideally within MEP or building services
- Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical packages

Locations & Travel
- Majority of projects based in Central London
- Regional work based out of Cambridge
- Opportunities to gain exposure to European projects, including Norway, Amsterdam, and other regions (e.g. Austria, Finland)
