Site Supervisor - Water Utilities & Mains Renewal Location: South London, North London or Thames Valley Salary: Up to £55,000 + package Job Type: Permanent Sector: Water Utilities / Civil Engineering The Opportunity Damicor is working with a leading utilities contractor experiencing significant growth across its Thames Water targeted mains renewal frameworks. Due to an increase in project workload, we are looking to recruit experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of clean water infrastructure and mains renewal projects across South London, North London and the Thames Valley. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business delivering essential water infrastructure projects, working alongside site management teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities across water utilities and mains renewal projects. Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures and project specifications. Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or issues to site management. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure risk assessments, method statements and permits are followed. Maintain accurate site records and daily reports. Liaise with Site Managers, project teams and client representatives. Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities. About You To be considered for this position, you should have: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within utilities or civil engineering. Experience working on water infrastructure, clean water networks or mains renewal projects. A good understanding of site health and safety requirements. The ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors effectively. Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach to maintaining safety, quality and productivity on site. Experience working on Thames Water Utilities Limited (TWUL) frameworks, particularly potable water mains rehabilitation or renewal projects, would be highly advantageous. What's on Offer?
