Responsibilities
Managing, motivating, mentoring the engineering team.
Ensuring KPIs and budget targets are met.
Managing on site contractors.
Ensuring safe operation of equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance.
Provide support with a range of electrical and mechanical components such as, conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs etc.
Role Requirements
Recognised mechanical / electrical qualifications. Electrically Biased.
Understanding of controls and network systems.
Experience of supervising and motivating a team.
FMCG experience.
Good communication and IT skills. (Word, Excel, etc)
