A leading independent construction consultancy in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its established team on a permanent basis.

The consultancy delivers a range of high-profile heritage, galleries, cultural, hospitality and new-build projects, working with prestigious clients in the UK and internationally.

The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, managing programmes, budgets, procurement, consultant teams and key stakeholders.

A key requirement is NEC4 experience, with one of the current flagship projects being a major project running through to 2028. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take on additional projects as part of a strong long-term pipeline.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a construction consultancy
  • Strong project management experience across the full project lifecycle
  • Experience delivering complex projects, ideally with heritage, hospitality or similar sectors
  • Strong knowledge of NEC4
  • Experience managing clients, consultants, contractors, programmes and budgets
  • A relevant degree or professional qualification
  • MRICS, MAPM or another relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
