We are actively looking for a Head of Property to support a global organisation who are experts in logistics and shipping across the UK and the rest of the world. The Head of Property, who will support with Facilities, will lead the national property and facilities management function across a 40+ sites across the UK. The Head of Property can be based from any of their main locations, with the understanding of visiting their sites on a weekly or monthly basis. The Head of Property role This is a senior leadership position, looking after a team of circa 6 people, who are placed in different parts of the country. So remote management skills would be a plus. The role will be paying circa £80,000 You will be looking after a £7-£10M property budget, leading the function of planned and preventative projects, improvement plans and sustainability and ESG programmes. Additional involvement: CAPEX & leasehold improvement programmes Property compliance & statutory maintenance CAFM systems & digital property management Acquisitions, relocations & site exits You will also act as the senior property subject matter expert across the wider business and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders. An Ideal background Recent evidence of acting in a senior role for property and facilities management. Having an association to RICS or CIOB would be a plus. A surveying background. A construction related degree would be a plus.
