A leading independent construction consultancy based in North London is looking for a Project Manager with strong High-End/Prime Residential experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across London.

The Role

You'll manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing design, procurement, programme, budgets and construction delivery while working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong High-End/Prime Residential experience
  • Consultancy or client-side Project Management experience
  • Pre and post-contract delivery experience
  • Strong programme, budget and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement

In Return:
