An ambitious and APC hunting Assistant Quantity Surveyor is now needed by a Construction Consultancy (PQS), who are award-winning within the Hotel, Leisure and Commercial fit out world.

You the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will find an incredible APC structure with mentors and internal RICS assessors.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will find exposure to pre & post contract duties with some key clients.

There is a requirement to be in the Liverpool Street office 4 days a week.

With 1 days at home.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on a secured fit out project for an international known technology firm.

The office fit out will be a CAT B scheme worth £12.5M.

You will also gain exposure into New Build, Refurbishments and other fit out projects.

You will work with JCT/D&B contracts, working with high end clients from a myriad of industries.

This opportunity will allow you to tick your level 1 & 2 competencies and guide you towards your APC level 3.

Ideally 12 months with a consultancy, however at least in construction is minimum.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors duties will include managing the client from inception right through to completion, undertaking pre & post contract duties.

There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree 12 months construction knowledge Understanding of pre & post contract duties Strong communicator Team player Some awareness in Commercial / Hotel sectors.
