Job Description

A confident and commercially confident Senior Quantity Surveyor, is now needed by a professional Cost Consultancy to join their team in the London.

Hybrid working is available for the Senior Quantity Surveyor. (3:2 split)This role is to produce highly accurate pre & post duties within the Data Centre, Industrial and Logistic sectors, with clients who are internationally known.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team of over 100 colleagues, with a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors.

You will be working with some of the most well known end clients in their respective industries.

From feasibility stages, right through to cost plans and final accounts.

Based from their Kings Cross office, you will be needed in the office 3 days a week, with home working being offered.

Contract values will be between £5M - £50M.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree MRICS not essential, but ambition to reach is preferred Must be a PQS / Consultancy background Preference to have Data Centre's, Industrial or Logistic knowledge Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle Pre and post contract knowledge Understanding within the £5M - £50M contract values In Return?£70,000 - £75,000Work from home / flexible conditions27 days annual leave + bank holidays6% Pension contribution Part of the growth plan Rapid career progression If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Luke Carroll at Damicor.
