The owners of a well known growing Construction firm are looking to hire a qualified and capable Senior Quantity Surveyor for their team in West London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well respected construction firm who have grown from 5 to 35 in the space of 2 years.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role:
- Leading a small team of 5
- Running the post contract handling of residential and hotel schemes
- Projects range between £500K - £25M
- Working with some of the most well known clients in their respective industries
The Senior Quantity Surveyor must have:
- Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
- A PQS / Consultancy background
- Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
- Strong post contract knowledge
- Understanding within the £500K - £25M contract values
In Return:
- £80,000 - £85,000
