I'm partnering with a large, leading property and construction consultancy in Bristol to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established consultancy and become part of a successful and expanding team.

You'll be involved in delivering projects across the commercial, office, industrial/warehouse and residential sectors, giving you the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of schemes for a wide range of clients. The role offers exposure to projects across the South West and Midlands, with occasional opportunities to work on projects in London, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is flexible to travel as project requirements dictate.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience delivering projects across the commercial, office, industrial/warehouse and residential sectors
  • Consultancy-side Project Management experience
  • A proven track record delivering projects from inception through to completion
  • A construction-related degree
  • Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent) is desirable
  • Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The flexibility to travel across the South West, Midlands and occasionally London
