Senior Project Manager | Independent Construction Consultancy | Bristol | Permanent

I'm partnering with a respected independent construction consultancy in Bristol that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their close-knit team and lead the delivery of a leisure centre project in the South West area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultancy-side Project Manager who enjoys working closely with clients and being part of a smaller team where they can have real influence.

The project is already underway and currently at design stage, with a value of up to £4m.

We're looking for someone with

  • 8-10 years' experience in Project Management within a consultancy
  • A proven track record delivering projects from design through to completion
  • Experience across sectors such as leisure, education, healthcare, commercial or heritage
  • A construction-related degree
  • Chartered status with RICS, APM or CIOB
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

What's on offer

  • Salary circa £65,000 per annum
  • Annual bonus
  • Private healthcare & pension
  • Professional development and support
  • Genuine career progression within a growing consultancy

The role is hybrid office-based in Bristol to allow you to learn their systems, processes and ways of working, while benefiting from regular face-to-face time with the team.

You'll then work across the Bristol office and projects in the South West area.

If you're looking to join a collaborative consultancy where you'll have genuine responsibility and work on a variety of interesting projects, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
