- Support the Major Projects Manager in providing an integrated approach to the project management, contract administration and delivery of schemes arising primarily from traffic engineering, traffic signals, public lighting, civil engineering and similar or related projects.
- Provide relevant input in the review and updating of Council Strategies and Policies associated with the Local Transport Plan.
- Lead in the development of an integrated strategy for long term structural maintenance of highways.
