A boutique, newly established and highly backed Construction Consultancy (PQS) is looking to add 3 Quantity Surveyors to their teams in Central London. The levels are Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor, and Senior Quantity Surveyor. All of these hires are due to an extensive amount of pipeline (Hotel & Leisure clients) that has been awarded, and their growth is happening during the summer.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio of hotel & leisure projects across London, starting with a refurbishment in Soho and a new build in North London. The Quantity Surveyors will be producing high-quality cost plans, which will continue throughout the process into the final accounts.
The background of the Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Quantity Surveying background with Hotel & Leisure experience
- Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Understanding within the £5M - £30M contract values
- Work from home / flexible conditions
