We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Estimator/Assistant QS to join our growing team based in the Reading area. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines estimating, commercial management, and project support responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation and management of tenders, quotations, and customer orders, ensuring projects are accurately costed, commercially successful, and delivered in line with client expectations. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, helping to drive successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
