As we continue our growth journey, we're looking for a Talent Partner to help expand our Permanent Recruitment division across key vertical markets including:

  • IT Consulting Services
  • Financial Services
  • Retail & E-Commerce
  • Utilities & Energy
  • Healthcare & Life Sciences

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of placing permanent IT & Digital professionals, an established network of clients, and the ambition to build something bigger. Your initial primary focus will be identifying and securing permanent recruitment opportunities. However, we want you to think beyond recruitment.

Our most successful client relationships are built by understanding wider business challenges and connecting clients with the right solution, whether that's a permanent hire, specialist contractors, a project team, or an end-to-end managed service. You'll be supported by Damia's business development, delivery and Managed Services teams to help unlock opportunities across the full client lifecycle.

  • Growing a profitable portfolio of permanent IT & Digital clients
  • Nurturing existing relationships whilst winning new logo accounts
  • Building long-term strategic partnerships with clients
  • Working closely with Damia's business development team to unlock opportunities

  • Proven success placing permanent IT & Digital professionals within IT Consulting Services, Financial Services, Retail & E-Commerce, Utilities & Energy or Healthcare & Life Sciences
  • An active network of clients and candidates
  • A track record of winning and growing client relationships
  • Commercial ambition and entrepreneurial mindset
