SC Cleared eDiscovery SME/Project Manager – £600-650pd Outside IR35- Full time on site (London)

My client is an SME who is looking for an SC or DV Cleared eDiscovery SME/Project Manager. Candidates must have experience working on eDiscovery projects and expertise in operating and managing the RelativityOne system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects; managing project scope, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Supervise remote forensic data collection, ensuring adherence to security, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout the forensic collection process to ensure audit trails and compliance.
  • Streamline data processing and review workflows using RelativityOne.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure high-quality standards, including providing training and support to teams on RelativityOne capabilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong background in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in managing remote forensic collection processes and following documentation best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and associated legal processes.
  • RelativityOne certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in RelativityOne workflows, data analytics, and Technology-Assisted Review (TAR).
