M365 Solution Architect - Circa £500 per day inside ir35 - Remote with occasional travel - 3-6 months
My client is a global leading IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for an M365 Solution Architect to join a client of theirs.
You'll be working with a varied mix of clients and wide range of projects. You'll be delivering work at high and low level; Shaping, strategy, technical design and 'on the tools'.
Requirements:
- Have a good working knowledge across the M365 portfolio, with SME knowledge in specifically M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
- Have experience working with a range of different project and architecture methodologies and frameworks (Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, TOGAF, RCDA etc.)
- Have experience with Architecting M365 solutions and the creation of HLD documents.
- Experience of Copilot pilots / proof of concepts.
- Experience delivering solutions using Power Platform and establishing models to sustainably manage these solutions (e.g. centre of excellence).
- Quickly develop close working relationships and engage with others at an appropriate level
- Empathise, understand client requirements, and align the solution/technology with the desired outcome
- Manage stakeholders at all levels and balance risk vs reward vs cost
- Identify opportunities for improvement and follow on work
- Bring fresh ideas based on past successes (and failures) from previous engagements to new scenarios
- Are self managed, motivated, and can work independently
- Support the development of other team members by knowledge sharing and mentoring.
