**HR Business Partner (Product & Technology) - £70-80,000 per annum base + benefits (dependent on experience) – Chiswick**

We are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Product & Technology leadership, translating business strategy into an integrated people strategy.

The HRBP is responsible for consulting with and providing guidance, coaching, and advice to leaders and managers within the Product & Technology team, on human resources matters including, but not limited to:

  • Workforce planning
  • Talent acquisition
  • Performance management
  • Employee relations
  • Talent management and development

You will implement HR trends in Product, Technology and Content professional domains, notably cost-effective locations and the impact of AI, to secure access to the most professional and efficient resourcing to execute the Product & Technology roadmap successfully.

Required skills and experience

  • HR Business Partnering experience, with experience partnering directly with product, design, or technology functions.
  • Experience working in a complex multicultural matrix organization.
  • Experience of working in emerging markets is preferred (eg. India, Eastern Europe, etc.).
  • A track record of managing projects in multiple countries, driving change management.
  • Proven hands-on capabilities in employee/industrial relations and employment law/practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Project Manager certification preferred
