My client, a FTSE 100 company, is on the hunt for a number of Talent Engagement Leads to partner with their France business on a critical project to attract and engage high calibre, diverse talent. The role will be accountable for Commercial hiring. This role is highly visible to a large cross section of senior stakeholders, many of which will be in critical leadership roles that have a significant impact on the organisation’s ability to achieve key business outcomes. Acting as a coach and mentor to these key stakeholders will be an enabler for success and the Talent Engagement Manager will be looked upon as an expert in hiring, I&D, employer brand and data insights.
Requirements:
- You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement, accountability, and an ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment.
- Experience of hiring in and/or for France is essential and if you have prior knowledge of commercial hiring in this field it will be advantageous.
- Experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and to influence action and change whilst championing diversity would also be an ideal requirement.
- CPG/FMCG experience is desirable.
This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices.
