My client is a global leading consultancy. They are on the hunt for a Java Developer to join a central government client of theirs.
- Experience of Java
- Experience of Spring framework or equivalent
- Knowledge of software design patterns and when to apply them
- Excellent knowledge of development processes
- Experience of containerisation using Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
- A passion for delivering quality code, by use of TDD and setting high software quality standards
This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices.
This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should meet the relevant residency requirements.
