They are on the hunt for a Service Designer with GDS experience to join a central government client of theirs.
Must have GDS/gov. uk experience.
Bonus points for interaction skills and being able to turn their hand to prototyping.
Key responsibilities Document as-is and to-be user journeys, including referral routes, user roles and key service touchpoints Create a draft service design blueprint describing the proposed end-to-end referral service, including referral process, organisation interactions and operational considerations Wireframing and prototyping (stretch) Support validation of the MVP based on known constraints and enablers Contriubte to a Discovery findings and recommendations report covering validated business requirements, user needs, operation constraints, expected volumes, risks and dependencies Contribute to the delivery roadmap for the subsequent phase(s) Service Designer - Circa £450 per day outside ir35 - Remote - 5 week discovery with likely extension Damia Group Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
